Who manufactures the trams / streetcars for the Netherlands, Italy, Germany, etc? I think Breda makes some, and DuWag makes others. Maybe a President's Conference Committee is necessary to come up with a North American design, so NJ CA TX GA Edmonton Calgary Pittsburgh Philly etc could share standard plans and orders.
