thanks Chris, I was wondering why the new track by the Union Station Annex (where the PNWC-NRHS resides) was being torn up.
Hopefully this will eliminate the wheel shriek (sp) on that corner. Arlen

A railway surveyor on another board said that is what happens when you have some one trained and whose only experience is with roads, lay out a railway (in this case light rail) line.
