Nice idea Chris - of using the pedestrian bridge between Willamette U. and Tokyo International University for pictures. Any 'railfan' holes up there yet, or is the chain link spread pretty far? Looks like it has warmed up a little since I was there 2 weeks ago, though it does look gloomier w/o the snow.
