What is it that the fireman pulls out about 1:14 into the video that looks like a backhead-mounted hacksaw?

There is one on the engineers side as well. I was impressed at how well they communicate with each other during the run. Charlie was constantly telling the fireman, who's name I can't remember, what he was doing and fireman was constantly checking things and reporting back to Charlie. I also have to complement Charlie for his great handling of people. Even with all that he has to do with the engine he was like a museum docent with constant chatter about what we were seeing as we moved over the line.

Wild horse herd going into VC. Rode wine train down to end of track in Brunswick Canyon from Eastgate siding after return from VC. If they get the funding to finish the track up the canyon that will be a great ride.
