Positive news. If only Amtrak had the equipment to meet the demand for rail travel!!

Maybe they could lease the Nebraska Zephyr set from the Illinois Rwy. Museum. We know it's fully capable of meeting the schedule.

I would ever let Amtrak rent them Nice cars from the Museum, Them cars would be trash up with all them coach people. People in coach are pigs that don't clean up after them self. When I took my Aug trip on Amtrak 49&48 to Chicago i was walk 6 cars to Lounge car in Boston section them bathrooms in coaches was very very dirty in New York Coaches. 95% people are low-class people.

I think last year, rather than that, they added a Denver cut car to the Zephyr and a KC cut car to the chief.
Perhaps an extra Little Zephyr is more efficient.

The Chief is the 2nd fastest way to get from CHI to KCY, only the plane is faster!
