Passenger Trains > Tut And Heritage Update?

Can anyone update as to where King Tut might be on Monday? Also, does anyone know if the Amtrak heritage locomotives are around the Seattle area?

The King Tut unit will be trailing on train 509 to Eugene tonight, then should be leading 504 out of Eugene Monday morning. Amtrak Heritage Unit #184 will be coming up on train 14 to Seattle Monday afternoon as well.

Thanks. Is 184 leading #14? Also will that be the 504 that turns into 516, or as 506?

#509 had some kind of problem getting out of Seattle this afternoon. (night?) I'm hearing that busses are running instead on the south end. It was supposed to have been some kind of power problem going north on #506 that caused the late departure of #509. Would that have been King Tut that caused the problems?

Supposedly King Tut is trailing on 504 this morning. Spotter said a BNSF unit is leading 504. Normally king tut would be leading northbound. Quite a consist if that's true.

509 normally becomes 500, but with power issues maybe 507's train was used or even deadheaded.? Something got switched up either way. Be interesting to hear what happened

BNSF 5649 is leading, king tut is trailing on the HEAD end as well...

This on 504

504 with bnsf unit 5649 leading & king tut second out into pdx on time 1135. also, from squinting through the darkness of this mornings dunsmuir cam arrival, it looks like 184 is second out on #14.
