Need some help/info

I figured the passenger board would be the place to come to for he info I need. I have the brakeman's hat badge for my SP uniform hat, but I need the conductor's badge though. I haven't been able to find one anywhere. I checked Transquip.net but all they have is the solid badge.
Anyone know where I might locate one for sale?

I didn't see any Conductor badges at my traditional location while I looked, but this particular badge piqued my interest...
