If they tightened it up, it could actually act as a spare trainset for those LD trains that may run into last minute troubles getting out of Sunnyside Yard. And Amtrak has had do this in the past with #20's passenger cars........ Coupled with that, it may be so much more helpful if the Lake Shore Limited left NY Penn Station at 4:15 or one of its old deparure times at 4:35 p.m. This is still in your pre-rush hour, but bordering close to it.
