Aren't most of the Emeryville buses run by SFO Airporter?

Small lettering on the side did indeed indicate that this coach was operated (when operational) by SFO Airporter.

Probably some sort of tax thing. I remember something about at one time a lot of piggyback trailers had Maine plates. A lot of the trailers had never set foot in Maine but they had Maine plates.
You have to know how to play the "Game".
