Not sure what car this coupled to the Babbling Brook but the Royal Street is at Gateway Rail Services in beautiful downtown Madison, IL. Sure does look like the RS though!

I think it is the sister car "Royal Palace" exWofA that was at Panama City,Fl college years ago under a different name.
No one seems to know much about that car.
