Passenger Trains > 14(16)

Does anyone know what happened to 14 (16)?

I believe a Capitol was involved in a trespasser fatality which had things all balled up

But it made it to Chico before the problem seems to have occurred, unless the Service Disruption notice strikes again!

There must be a major blockage, because today's 11 now also has a Service Disruption.

14 is moving, just running an hour late. There is a slide near Olympia, Washington on the BN Seattle Sub so 11 will deadhead to PDX or 14 will be turned at PDX and made into a 2-3 hour late 11.

The problem is between Portland and Seattle. They pulled all the ticket sales north of Portland for #14 and that makes a "service disruption" for the whole train. Call Julie and she will refer you to an agent. She says "mudslide" north of Portland. The train is scheduled to make it as far as Portland on time. (I question that because there has been a rain storm in the valley and that means snow on The Hill)

Just a guess on my part but with this kind of thing in the past it means bus Portland/Seattle.
