The Silver Rapids, The Silver Lariat and The Palm Leaf.

I'm not familiar with the Palm Beach running with the CA cars. Is this a new partnership?

Not a new relationship. The Palm Leaf (and other cars) are hired when they need additional/supplemental capacity to the other four cars in the "Silver Fleet".
