I remember back in 1979 there was a 40th Anniversary event because there was some doubts as to whether LAUS would be around for the 50th. Now the venerable depot plays host to steam, diesel and electric powered trains.

The 50TH was a big one, still wish my dad and I made it down, but he didn't want to deal with the traffic!
