Here is a pic I took over the weekend. What is it? Where is it? As far as I know, it is the only one in North America.

Local guys can chill, in order to let the rest of TO to have a chance.

If no one get it, I have a second more extensive pic.

Yes, it is the track of the proposed Maglev at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. About eight years ago, it was begun, but then shelved, as too expensive. The track is almost a mile in length. It was meant as a campus shuttle, hoping to attract tech and transportation companies.
