events or storms continue but not everywhere at the same time. The real and every day challenge for riders on 8/28 still are all things Bakken Oil Fields associated from, say Spokane to well east of Williston, N.D. At the moment the active weather skirts around Spokane proper.. but subject to rapid change. #28 passes thru Leavenworth, Wenatchee, etc and the fires are changing directions from shifting winds of any velocity across eastern Washington...Cascade Mtns. eastward.
