Late Florida trains

PO91 for at least the past two weeks has been late.Can't seem to catch
a break except on weekends.Today over four hours late out of Jacksonville.
It shows delays between DC and Richmond as an example,while PO97 running
a few hours behind show no delay.Any one know why?

Train 98(20) was delayed 44 minute out of Miami account late arrival from
yard. It may not sound like much but the reason is something to scratch
your head over. Followup in subsequent thread.
