I've seen a number of baggage cars on the NEC with the doors propped open a bit. If I had to guess, it would be the air flow in the baggage car wasn't sufficient to allow the baggage handler to do his/her work properly Date: 08/31/14 10:56 Stuck Author: NewRiverGeorge Usually the door is jammed. I have seen them bring a fork lift to force a closed door open. A problem in the dust, snow, and rain for sure.
