But there is an hour of padding at the end of the schedule. I know speeds have been reduced on the old AT&SF route through Raton, but I definitely didn't feel any major rough track through this region. Actually BNSF was out fixing the signaling system. Ride even seemed smoother than it did 10 years ago.
Anyway, this train typically had great OTP, and it's still not that bad. But still, the westbound - particularly - is definitely having some delays. The padding though helps! |
