Shows as a service disruption now. Last shows departed Quantico, VA at 2:13pm.

Saw him leaving Richmond at 1545 and he had a NC dot bag/lounge on the rear.

Original departure at WAS scrubbed after diesel crapped out. Towed back into the station and replaced.

An advance section of 79 operated tonight from Raleigh to Charlotte using North Carolina equipment. This train, running as NS 011, operated on 79's schedule. I believe the plan was to turn the NC equipment back to Raleigh upon arrival in Charlotte.

The NC State Fair is in operation in Raleigh and has been booking ~150 passengers on 79 out of the temporary "NSF" station between Raleigh and Cary. NCDOT is under pressure not to keep those patrons waiting for 79 to show up hours late.
