#2 late out of LAX

What was the problem with #2 leaving LAX at 1103 instead of 1000? #11 into LAX 945 so no problem there.

Fine the railroad for obvious intentional mishandling
of Amtrak trains.

In other words some problem decides to creep up while no. 2 was in the station and they had to get that fixed before they could highball! Rarely hear that when a train gets out of Chicago!

It is only going to be 28 minutes late in Houston so it is not doing too bad.
