Passenger Trains > Capitol from DC/power in sleeping carsDate: 10/23/14 04:45 Capitol from DC/power in sleeping cars Author: mary53072 Would anyone know why, when the train is stopped for freight traffic (I think), the power to all but the hall lights in the sleeping car goes out for about 10-20 seconds before the train starts moving again? I don't recall ever experiencing this before.
