About 15 mins. at most if you go by car and encounter some traffic on rte. 1 north but its not really a long ride.. If you go through Kennbunkport itself you can encounter hordes of tourists and going thought the downtown itself might slow you down but it is a fascinating, lovely town to see. Probably faster if you stay on rte. 1 north and a wee bit north of Kennbunk is the road on the right to the trolley museum. Once you turn off it is about a five minute ride to the museum and you will go over a bridge which has the Pan Am tracks underneath.

Maybe they will have some sort of trolley bus service in effect such as the one that serves Wells.

Seashore does have diesel buses in their collection, and I think some of them are "street legal". I checked the distance from Depot St. to Seashore and it's a bit under four miles.

Walker's Point in Kennebunkport is the summer home of former Pres. George H.W. Bush. Kennebunk itself is a few miles west of this location and is a separate town. That may not sound like a large distance to some but in that neck of the woods, it is a huge distance!
