43 seconds late and 16 seconds late? That's remarkable.

As Amtrak is involved, perhaps the reference is to hours late, rather than seconds.

Something wierd is going on; both trains now show a service disruption and #64 never shows having departed Niagara Falls, NY
Andy

BTW " = minutes and ' = hours

Not in any recognized standard for technical symbols.

The ' symbol usually mean minutes in surveying and navigating (at least to old folks) while " indicates seconds. And after a senior moment the ' can mean feet and the " inches.

Bruce (soon to qualify as an old folk)

One of the Maple Leafs made it to Utica from NYP. Not sure what happened after that as it then hit service disruption. And it also appears that the southbound/eastbound Maple Leaf never made it into NY State.
