Amtrak Slices Through The Gloom

Amtrak 184, the Phase IV heritage unit, powers Pacific Surfliner 1790 across the Santa Ynez River bridge at Surf today, slicing through the coastal gloom that is rapidly moving onshore and heading toward Lompoc.
