Pacific Surfliner 763 broke down so Pacific Surfliner 565 had to attached to it to push it to LAUPT. Pacific Surfliner 566 was cancelled south but its equipment was used as an on time Pacific Surfliner 763, The PRS special cars were then put on Pacific Surfliner 768 to get them to San Diego an hour later than planned.
