Passenger Trains > Boston North Station Friday AfternoonDate: 01/25/15 04:47 Boston North Station Friday Afternoon Author: JPB So the clever commentary for photo #1 was to be something like "There are no Budds for you anymore" at North Station since the last MBTA RDCs and Boise Budds are long gone. But then sitting on track 10 is Portland/Brunswick-bound Downeaster train 685 and its string of 5 Budd-built Amfleets. So "This Budd's for you" will be relevant when boarding for the 5pm departure is announced. In photo #3, an in-bound T train arrives crossing the Charles River with a bit of Tower A visible through the drawbridge truss.

When everything was being torn down in the late 90's I clearly remember two names as I passed through along the still elevated Green Line on Causeway St...Budweiser & Testa (the construction company involved in the demolishing).
