Passenger Trains > Gold Line Ceremony?Date: 01/25/15 10:11 Gold Line Ceremony? Author: CR3 While driving past the Irwindale station on the Gold Line on Saturday, I noticed a lot of flags fluttering and a lot of people gathered around the station. Does anyone know what was going on? From what I can tell, the overhead wire has been installed between Arcadia and Irwindale. There are still some gaps near the 210 FWY in Arcadia and also East of Irwindale but they have done a little testing so far checking clearances. Heard an unconfirmed report yesterday that some of the new light rail cars being manufactured have been delayed. Any truth to that? The whole project is on time from what I have heard. Looking forward to the line opening this Fall.

Author: MyfordBrowning When there was the report that they had continues track on the route and had a ceremony at Azusa, the construction agency stated that they would be finished and would turn the line over to the MTA in September 2015. The MTA was expected to take about 6 month to do their testing and final work on the line.

tried to deposit slobovia in the pacific ocean. Last year it tied to burn it down and then came the rain and the inevitable mud slides!! Almost heaven on Earth. No wait thats West Virginia.
