Trouble on UP's Sedalia Sub

This morning's eastbound Missouri River Runner just rolled by my office window in Knob Noster. Train is at least 3 hours late. Anybody know why?

#311 is now showing 1'9" down at Sedalia.....waited for morning #314

A UP freight train early this morning went into emergency and yanked out a drawhead and at this time Amtrak is still setting crews back because of late inbound turns on equipment at the end points.
