Amtrak #647 stopped -Levittown, PA

Amtrak number 647 with cities sprinter stopped south of Levittown station in PA. Sat for 15 minutes crew was outside inspecting train. On the move again at 3:45 PM. Wonder what happened?

Probably got a hit on a hot box or dragging equipment detector. Crew stops and inspects if they don't find anything wrong they go.
