Limited service restored on Shore Line

#2155 appears to be the first westbound Amtrak out of Boston and #2154 shows leaving from NY, both running a few minutes late. Shore Line East website says they are running a regular schedule today and MBTA website says they are running with some delays/cancellations.
From looking at Dixieland, it appears that some Amtraks are continuing to be cancelled between NY and Phila.

#93 was the second. 1255 arrived in NYP about 55 minutes late. They did add a stop at New Haven. It was a full train.
