Passenger Trains > Downeaster Service cycles.Date: 03/02/15 15:33 Downeaster Service cycles. Author: mp208 A few questions about Amtrak's equipment providing service between Boston and Maine. How many train sets are used for the five round trips and what are the cycles? Are there powered units on both ends of the consists, or are cabbages still used? How many "protect" units are available and where are they kept? Thank you in advance.
