What's the Problem with #4?

What's going on with #4? Was 8 hours or so late on Sunday, 4 hours or so late today, and is projected 6 hours late into LAJ tonight. That will be about 8+ hours late tomorrow.

Derailments at Perrin and Storms out west might be the cause!
