Passenger Trains > TCRM-And We're Off!Date: 03/21/15 17:08 TCRM-And We're Off! Author: 576 Today was the first run of the year for the vintage EMD power of our excursion train. Leading the way out of Nashville, TN is E8A 6902 (ex-NJT, nee NYC 4084), F7B's 719 and 715 (B&LE), and GP7 405 (L&N). Enroute to Baxter on the old Tennessee Central Railway, the four units will have their work cut out for them on the 3% hill of Silver Point Hill sixty miles ahead. Judging from the exhaust beat of them in this runby, these ol' units have got it in them.
