Long Distance trains arrived at Chicago Union Station today, March 27, 2015 as follows :       

#4 - Left Naperville 2 hr, 50 mins late.     
#6 - 24 mins early.     
#8 - Left Milwaukee 1 hr, 58 mins late.     
#22 - 3 hrs, 32 mins late.       
#29 - 42 mins late.      
#49 - 28 mins late.       
#851 - 4 mins early.       
#58 - 9 mins early.       

All trains departed their originating stations within 5 mins of "On Time" (or were reported On Time, or early, at some point in their route).

I see most delays affecting train 8 between eastern North Dakota and into MSP. Amtrak gains some time back from padding at MSP, but has anyone noticed if it is losing time between there and Milwaukee? This was often an issue on a few trips I had.

Hope the Empire Builder can stay under two hours late for the upcoming busy season. This train can not afford another year of horrendous delays measured in half day to day........

Anyone happen to know what PV was bringing up the rear of the northbound City of New Orleans arriving in Chicago Friday (3/27)? Dark blue and I think it said Northern something.
