Did Amtrak #6 departure schedule change out of Emeryville? 45 min later?

Was out to catch 42 on #6 this morning. I would only get it if it was on time because I had to go to a work meeting. About 10 min before it should have hit Rodeo, I checked the Amtrak status map and the train was not showing. I called Julie and was told that #6 was scheduled to depart Emeryville at 0950. Normal departure time was around 0915 +\-. I thought it was just late.

At 0955 I called Julie again and was told that #6 departed Emeryville "on time" at 0950. The status map showed #6 "on time" as well.

I checked tomorrow's scheduled departure on the website and it is showing 0950 for tomorrow too.

Eastbound California Zephyr Train 6: Temporary Schedule Change Effective April 15 - 24 and April 30 - May 9, 2015 On the dates shown below, eastbound Train 6 will operate according to a later schedule at all stations from Emeryville to Chicago, due to track work being performed by Union Pacific Railroad. The track work will affect the schedule for Train 6 during the following periods:

• April 15 - 24, 2015
  This schedule change will be effective with the departure of Train 6 at Emeryville on April 15, 2015, which arrives in Chicago on April 17, 2015. This schedule change will remain in effect through the departure of Train 6 on April 22, 2015, until its arrival in Chicago on April 24, 2015.
• April 30 - May 9, 2015
  This schedule change will be effective with the departure of Train 6 at Emeryville on April 30, 2015, which arrives in Chicago on May 2, 2015. This schedule change will remain in effect through the departure of Train 6 on May 7, 2015, until its arrival in Chicago on May 9, 2015.
