But there is a long list of "FRA deliverables" that all parties are working through diligently, and everyone wants to get it right. When something is obvious a preliminary report is issued quickly ... if they find something that needs immediate release they move quickly. But the full report is well thought out and complete. Not a quick response, the right response to the question of "how did this happen"? |
