Author: Lackawanna484 The Bergen Record has an article today about a woman who missed a limited run show as a result of what she claimed was negligence by NJ Transit bus operations. She had to see a later edition of the show, at a much higher price.
The story also supports the argument that going public with your complaints on Twitter, Facebook, etc is much more likely to get results than simply complaining through the usual channels. Although this lady is a lawyer. Formerly employed by the NY MTA. I suspect she knows her way around the ropes with bureaucrats. She did get her settlement, as a "one off" |
