The last time I rode this segment, they were performing a lot of maintenance on the ROW including actively cutting down the pole line along the ROW. Sad to see that go... I was referring to the slowest section of track east of Charlottesville where track speed was clearly 10-15mph. This is the section of track that I observed them working on a couple of years ago.
