#14 Delayed at Santa Barbara Today

#14 hit a trespasser crossing Milpas Street in Santa Barbara approximately 12:40pm.  City Fire just pronounced them 1144, coroners case.
 
Unknown on the total delay and if crew is requesting relief at Santa Barbara.  They are a mile short of the station at the moment blocking Milpas as well as sitting on the Control Point CO369.

On the move from Santa Barbara at 2:20pm.  Quick recovery with a crew change after a trespasser strike.

Taking hole Gaviota and have a 20MPH MP 347 to 342 for oil spill clean up crews.
