WOW, my son and granddaughter got to Portland today some 5 1/2 hours late via bus from Tacoma.    Seems the Talgo crapped out a bit north of Tacoma, no one could get it fixed and it was pushed into Tacoma for bus loading.   I think our young granddaughter survived the ordeal much better than some of the "adults" on board.    Arlen

Computer decided to not do its thing.  Couldn't be bypassed.  Didn't have part.  Took two days to get part.  This train set out of service required the AM train PDX/EUG and evening train EUG/PDX be busses on Monday and Tuesday.
