It will be interesting to see how this progresses.

Just a quick look at the chart suggests that the three main US reps in this area have a total of about 20 years seniority.  It took John Mica and Corrinne Brown (who have about 20 years and committee chairs  each) a decade to grease the Sunrail through the appropriations process.
