Passenger Trains > BNSF Suburban 1206 derailed at NapervilleDate: 02/08/16 04:10 BNSF Suburban 1206 derailed at Naperville Author: Englewood Reports are that BNSF (Metra) train 1206 has derailed at Naperville.
Train was empty enroute first passenger stop at Fairview Ave. Derailment is reported as "minor" but extensive delays to morning rush are expected. I did note that several of my fellow commuters need to pay closer attention to the station announcements as they all crammed onto the local #1230 which normally runs 4 minutes ahead of #1226.
