Passenger Trains > Amtrak 66 Update...Date: 04/30/16 15:02 Amtrak 66 Update... Author: csxtravis700 Per Heritage Unit report and other forums. According to a employee Amtrak 66 will not be repaired. The report says it is a Multi Million dollar repair and Amtrak will not be doing it.
Beech Grove does some major repair work and 66 does not look as bad as some of the engines they have rebuilt. Any other information regarding this? Thanks, Edited 1 time(s).
