Wouldn't be surprising given their history over the past 49 years! On a serious note, why can't people who want to off themselves find a way to do it that doesn't screw up the lives of others such as the unfortunate train Engineer and passengers who were inconvenienced.

No it does not to me at least. The hockey team to which you refer is the TORONTO MAPLE LEAFS. I guessed that as this was posted in the passenger section of trainorders it was referring to the train.
