Passenger Trains > Can anyone identify this PV?Date: 07/15/16 14:07 Can anyone identify this PV? Author: RFandPFan I shot this video on July 18, 1993 at Potomac Yard, Alexandria, Virginia on the CSX RF&P Subdivision. The train is Amtrak #82 the northbound Silver Star. Interestingly, it had an all heritage car consist this day (no Amfleets) as well as an F40 and P40 for power. I'm unable to read the markings on the open observation car on the rear and was hoping someone may recognize it. Thanks in advance!
