NJ Transit C&E ratify revised contract offer

Looks like each side moved a little to create an agreement.  You can stay in your own health plan, you get back pay in two installments (instead of one).  Neither vote was a resounding affirmation, however.

That's the way most contract negotiations are. Each side gives a little to get an agreement.
