Sand Fire Smoke in Santa Monica

Santa Monica, although over forty miles from the Sand Fire, was covered in smoke most of yesterday. I went out to grab some Expo Line shots in the erie light.

Sad about the fire, but the smoke was so thick it turned the sun red. Looked like we were living on Kypton or Galafrey...

This was the view as I left my house in Tarzana.

Looks like a bit of sepia with a little color thrown in to confuse things.
