No. The Westminster trains will come in on Track 8. passengers would deboard and then board an A Line train on Track 1 or 2. When the G Line opens later this year and the N Line in 2018 the same proceedure will take place.
The G Line will operate to the Denver suburb of Wheat Ridge and the N Line will go to the suburbs of Thornton and Northglenn.

Could be that track layout in Denver makes it difficult to cross over from far tracks to near tracks.  Anybody have a track layout of the DUS?

Equipment usage would probably be the reason. The A line has 15-minute headways while the B-line is 30-minute headways and 1-hour mid day headways. Denver Transit Partners , which runs the commuter lines for RTD, has set up a hub and spoke system. All trains go through DUS.
If there is a need a train could run from Westminster to the airport.

Does the B line follow a pre existing RR right of way?  How about the others?

The B Line follows the BNSF Denver-Cheyenne Line as far as 72nd/ Lowell. It is supposed to eventually go to Longmont but that looks like it is about 30 years away.
The G Line to Wheat Ridge follows the BNSF Beer Line to Golden as far as Ward Road. The B and the G lines share trackage from DUS to Pecos Junction, which is near Utah Junction on the UP/BNSF.
The N Line will use a lot of the former Dent Branch of the Union Pacific.

There are great overhead views of the railroad operations on the B line.
