Passenger Trains > Wisconsin Dells WI station services

I am planning a trip to Wisconsin Dells WI. I would like to get a rental car while I am there.
​Can I rent one at the Amtrak station or somewhere close by?

Wisconsin Dells Amtrak station has no services other than a caretaker
who opens the waiting room and restrooms near train time.

No checked baggage. No ticketing. No Quik-Trak machine. No Wi-Fi.

No phone, no pool, no pets. Ain't got no cigarettes...

Enterprise (608) 355-7600 (actually in Barabou, WI...spelling corrected, THANKS, Rule G!)

I strongly recommend calling these LOCAL numbers to verify hours
of operation and availability of pickup/dropoff service. At
times, the central reservations call centers don't have accurate
information!

And if you arrange for pickup and Amtrak doesn't hold to their end
of the bargain and runs late, CALL AHEAD AND LET THE RENTAL
CAR OFFICE KNOW.  It's not fun for them to be sitting at the
Wisconsin Dells station waiting hours for a late train.  And if the
train won't get there before the closing time of the office, don't expect
them to wait a long time for you.  A courteous phone call might buy
you some time.

Rented from that Enterprise office last time there. Great service, friendly people. They pick you up at the station and take you back. They had the best rates at the time as well.
