Passenger Trains > Rocky Mountaineer Comes To SeattleDate: 08/29/16 08:34 Rocky Mountaineer Comes To Seattle Author: fredstout Lsst Saturday, Amtrak ran the Rocky Mountaineer equipment to Seattle. This video was taken on its return trip to Vancouver at Richmond Beach, WA. This video was taken with my iPad so the quality is not what we would prefer.

Is there an agreement between the FRA and the Canadian Ministry of Transport to honor each other's locomotive certification? I know our locomotives operate on Canada and Canadian locomotives operate in the US. How does this work?
